TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Corporate Golf Membership – Terms & Conditions 

1. Membership Entitlement

• Corporate membership is granted to the company/organisation (the “Member Company”), not to individuals.

• The Member Company may nominate a set number of individuals (“Nominees”) to use the membership benefits. The number of nominees will be agreed when the partnership is formed, depending on the nature of the business.

• Nominees must be registered with the club office prior to use.

• Each nominated individual may be changed six times per year.

• All benefits are subject to fair use.

2. Duration & Renewal

• Membership runs for 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise agreed.

• Renewal notices will be issued by the club before expiry.

• Failure to renew by the due date may result in suspension of benefits.

3. Fees & Payment

• Corporate Golf Membership: £1,500 + VAT per annum.

• Optional hole sponsorship may be added for £350 + VAT per annum. Hole sponsorship for corporate members is available at a preferential rate (please note that the standard (non-corporate member) hole sponsorship fee is £600 + VAT per annum).

• Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• The club reserves the right to review membership fees annually.

4. What’s Included
Membership benefits include:

• 24 tee times per year for up to 4 players (24 x 4-ball rounds).

• 2 x 30-minute lessons with the club professional.

• A dedicated account manager.

• Full access to club facilities (excluding the gym).

• 10% discount on range balls and event suite hire.

• 50% discount on crazy golf and footgolf.

• Optional: hole sponsorship at a corporate rate (see section 3).

5. Use of Facilities

• Tee times must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• The club reserves the right to restrict play during competitions, maintenance, or adverse weather.

• Unused rounds or lessons cannot be carried forward to the following membership year.

6. Conduct & Etiquette

• All Nominees must adhere to the club’s rules, dress code, and course etiquette.

• The Member Company is responsible for the conduct of its Nominees and guests.

• Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Transfer & Substitution

• Nominated individuals may be substituted six times per year, subject to club approval.

• Memberships are not transferable outside of the Member Company.

8. Guests

• Guest passes or reduced green fees may be included as specified in the package.

• Guests must be accompanied by a registered Nominee at all times.

9. Corporate Events

• Discounts or preferential rates for corporate golf days may apply, as detailed in the membership package.

• Event bookings are subject to availability and separate terms.

10. Liability

• The club accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to members, guests, or property, except where caused by negligence.

• Nominees and guests are advised to hold appropriate personal insurance.

11. Termination

• The club reserves the right to terminate corporate membership for breach of these terms or for serious misconduct.

• No refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.

12. General

• The club may amend these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice.

• By purchasing a Corporate Membership, the Member Company agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all club rules.
