Driving Range Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and visitors, please read and follow the rules below when using our driving range. By using the facility, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General Use

• The driving range is open during posted operating hours only.

• Users must check in at reception or the pro shop before play.

• All players must follow staff instructions at all times.

2. Safety

• Only hit balls from designated bays or mat areas – do not hit from outside these zones.

• Always check the area in front of you before swinging.

• Do not retrieve balls from the range under any circumstances.

• No practising beyond the safety barriers or in non-designated areas.

3. Equipment & Balls

• Range balls are the property of Lexden Wood Golf Club and must not be removed from the facility.

• Personal balls may not be used on the range.

• Club rental is available – please return any borrowed equipment promptly.4. Behaviour

• Respect fellow golfers – no disruptive behaviour, shouting, or unsafe conduct.

• Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult

5. Liability

• Use of the driving range is at your own risk. Lexden Wood Golf Club accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

• Users are responsible for any damage they cause to facilities or equipment.

6. Right to Refuse Service

• Lexden Wood Golf Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whodoes not follow these terms and conditions.

CCTV and Video Surveillance

For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and premises, we operate CCTV cameras in and around our venue. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and consent that your image may be captured and recorded.

• Recordings are used for security purposes only, including the prevention and investigation of crime, and the protection of property and individuals.

• CCTV footage is stored securely and retained in accordance with data protection laws.

• Access to recordings is restricted to authorized personnel only.
