The Lexden Suite can be re-configured using removable partitioned walls, this allow us to adapt the space to suite your event size.
We offer flexible half-day and full-day delegate packages to suit a range of business events, from meetings and workshops to away days. Packages can include private room hire, tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, a buffet lunch, free Wi-Fi, parking, and TV access.
We offer a well-appointed on-site bar with flexible service depending on your preferences and guest numbers.
If you wish to bring your own alcohol, a corkage fee applies (£12.50 per bottle). Please speak to our team in advance to arrange this.
We offer catering solutions for every style of event and budget. Our popular pizza buffet with chips and salad is available at an exceptional £20 per head, perfect for relaxed gatherings and parties.
For more formal occasions, we work with high-end external caterers who specialize in creating customized menus for intimate weddings through to major events and large-scale functions. From laid-back pizza feasts to elegant fine dining, we provide catering that brings your event vision to life.
Prefer to bring your own food? No problem at all. We can also accommodate food trucks at our venue for a £300 fee plus cleaning costs.
We can take care of everything—from themed décor and fun photo booths to top-tier entertainment, including DJs. Plus, we can arrange any additional extras you need through our network of trusted preferred suppliers.
