The Lexden Suite can be re-configured using removable partitioned walls, this allow us to adapt the space to suite your event size. All rooms include TV access, free Wi-Fi, and on-site parking, and can be configured in a range of styles (e.g. banquet, theatre, boardroom) to match your event's needs.

We offer flexible half-day and full-day delegate packages to suit a range of business events, from meetings and workshops to away days. The half-day package (£18.50 + VAT) includes private room hire, tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, free Wi-Fi, parking, and TV access. For longer sessions, our full-day package (£35 + VAT) adds a buffet lunch and mid-afternoon refreshments. Bacon rolls can be added to either package for just £3.50 per person. To make your event even more engaging, you can include a round of Fossil Falls Crazy Golf or FootGolf—perfect for team bonding and a break from the boardroom.
We offer a well-appointed on-site bar with flexible service depending on your preferences and guest numbers. You're also welcome to supply your own food and soft drinks — a venue cover charge and staffing fees may apply. If you wish to bring your own alcohol, a corkage fee of £12.50 per bottle (excluding VAT) applies. Please speak to our team in advance to arrange this.
