One Year of Improvements

Look how far we've come—and we're only getting started.

The best is yet to come.

Over the past year, we have completed a comprehensive restoration of the course infrastructure, beginning with a fully rebuilt irrigation system including a new pump and controlled borehole water source that ensures reliable year-round water security. Major drainage improvements have been implemented across all fairways, while greens are now maintained on a strict feeding and treatment programme that has delivered substantial improvements in turf health and playability.

We've introduced nine Kress robotic mowers supported by new electrical infrastructure, providing consistent automated maintenance even during challenging winter conditions when traditional machinery cannot operate. All temporary tees have been rebuilt, paths upgraded throughout the course, and new yardage markers, flagpoles and flags installed to enhance both presentation and the playing experience.

One of our most significant investments has been the installation of new EcoBunkers, which provide reinforced, erosion-resistant edges, dramatically lower long-term maintenance costs, and superior performance in winter conditions.

The Greenkeeping team has been expanded and equipped with new machinery including a Kubota unit.

While the wider club facilities have also been enhanced with a new GPS buggy fleet, upgraded driving range equipment including TrackMan screens, improved range layout and signage, plus new gym and chef facilities.

These foundational improvements position us excellently to continue advancing greens quality, expanding the bunker programme, and building greater year-round resilience across the course.

Looking Ahead

This year has been about repairing, rebuilding and setting strong foundations. The work completed now puts us in an excellent position to continue improving the greens, expand our bunker programme and enhance winter resilience.
