All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to be confirmed. No provisional bookings will be held without payment.
For group bookings and corporate events, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 21 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
The balance for group bookings must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tee times can only be cancelled or modified with at least 72 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tee time are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
To reschedule, please contact info@lexdenwood.co.uk at least 72 hours in advance—rescheduling is free of charge within this window.
No shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Lexden Wood Golf Club reserves the right to close the course at its discretion due to safety concerns or adverse weather.
In the event of course closure, affected bookings will be rescheduled or credited for future use.
Refunds are not offered due to personal weather preference or for interruptions caused by normal course maintenance.
All players must adhere to the club’s dress code and behaviour standards.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to individuals not complying.
Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of any booking fees.
All guests use the facilities at their own risk.
Lexden Wood Golf Club is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property on the premises.
Golf is an activity that carries inherent risks. Players are expected to conduct themselves safely and follow club guidelines at all times.
Parents or guardians must supervise children under the age of 16 at all times.
Lexden Wood Golf Club will not be held liable for:
• Any injury, accident, or loss incurred on the course or club grounds unless directly caused by proven negligence of the club.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including travel or accommodation expenses due to cancellation or closure.
• Events beyond the club’s reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, fire, floods, or government restrictions.
For safety and promotional purposes, Lexden Wood Golf Club operates CCTV and may take photos of the course or events.
By entering the premises, guests consent to the possible use of their image in promotional materials unless otherwise stated.
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the club's Privacy Policy, available on our website.
